Bark for Life is a national fundraising effort for the American Cancer Society, focused on celebrating cancer survivors and their canine companions, as well as remembering those we lost to the disease. And on Saturday, Oct. 18, East Nashville hosts its first one, at Pavilion East.

The folks behind Bark for Life of East Nashville would love to see East Nashvillian readers and your pups there, so they’ve generously donated two dog passes (people get into the event free), which’ll let your furry friends enjoy the day and participate in any of the many fun contests on the schedule.

On top of that, our pooch-loving pals at East Nashville holistic pet food supplier Wags & Whiskers also wanted to pamper your pet, so they’ve thrown in a gift basket with $75 worth of fun.
